I keep revisiting the one moment of profundity from this madman: purity of essence.

I also do not have much time to contribute on the forum or internet in general at this time. I will speak minorly on the topic of "Kundalini" what I can:

The astral body has 7 chakra points that energy congregates at ganglia along the spinal chord. A vortex spiral moving simultaneously up and down in a straight line (like DNA) is the preferred pattern for this energy to travel from the Higher Self to the Astral Body to the Physical Body to the DNA. There is no actual snake spirit or being known as "Kundalini Shakti", other than a thoughtform, that many attribute this energy flow to. When all blockages are cleared from the nodes called chakras the energy flows freely up dorsally and downward ventrally the spine. The unblocking of the dorsal flow from the perinuem to the crown where it locks the crown chakra to the root in the fetal position to essentially kill the ego (if one resists the energy flow, yes it can feel like being raped eternally) and rebirth a new self. Christians would call this being born again.

The ego mind impedes the flow of this energy and can cause chaos and fear to further disrupt the free flow of the energy.

I did not get much time to read other posts other than the first one, if you are experiencing blockages in the throat, you can chant "AAAAWWWWWW" or "HHHHAAAUMMMMM" (vibrating the HHH like in Yiddish or gargling)

When people say this is a sex energy, think a creative energy. Actual sex is the most efficient and powerful method of creating energy such as Love, which is easy and hard to describe what Love alone is. The freer this energy flows, the more creative one can be.

In terms of attraction, the physical body will emit a shine and luster of the hair, eyes (light in pupil especially) and skin. This glow is the basis for the energy body to emit physically along the skin.

It can be very misconstrued that this energy is sex related. Sex I think only means creating and transmitting energy. When the serpent flows sex takes on a very spiritual and different than seen in pornography type of nature. Many positions will be taken on in a yogic way. Sex can last days at time as subconscious hangups and bloodflow breathflow impedements correct. The ego disintegrates. For instance regular humans may stay in one to three positions for 20 minutes while an awakened human may change three positions every 2 minutes. Sex positions will be engaged not normally seen.  The awakened human will be able to grip their partner much tighter. The orgasm can emit vibrations so loud it can shake the walls of a house. At that point sex takes on a ritualistic nature where a certain area and location for making love must be set and the people involved require cleansing of the aura and chakras, crystal, candles and incense placed properly. After said ritual the members who engaged would have increased their power so greatly they go into the world and dominate it more than they did before. They usually protect each other and will walk around not just holding hands, but interlocked in arm and hand postures that attract other humans to look at them. A psychic line develops at aura attachment and the love felt between the partners cannot be described. Extreme protective measures takes hold. The essence of satanism is feeling good and survival.  These humans will usually be able to just glance at others and have control over them. Martial Arts capabilities increase greatly during these kundalini sex rituals, which to call it that undermines it.

Also I find that the god Enki (Ea) who is believed to have created or modified humans has his name chanted during the most positive outputs of this energy especially during sex:

"oohhhyyEEAAAAhhh"

Primal and animalistic natures surface from kundalini as it accesses the deeper part of the brain. I find personally I've become a combination of a catlion and a snake, the snakeserpent is obviously a huge symbol of Satanism for good reason. I have recently had experiences of standing before stray cats and staring into their eyes while using hand movements and making sounds that cause other stray cats to form around the headcat and eventually i want to hypnotize them into following me or bobbing their heads in sync to a music video. Anton Lavey said he slept next to a lion I believe.

It is a creative energy because say you experience something so amazing, like sex, that you feel it cannot be outdone, now you must meditate to gather information on how you can make it even better. Ha!

Kama Sutra and Tantra can increase capability.

Kundalini yoga is great for interegrating soul energy to the body.

When the energy circulates freely, there will be a physically felt separation from gravity that can be disrupted further by the ego or pent up fears. Rid fear best you can it's nothing more than experiencing new things most do not experience, good things for forums!

Do not get caught up in internet jargon about Kundalini, instead open the chakras carefully, meditate greatly, learn yoga and tai chi if you can.

Nothing you can do but apply self-care and breath deeper.

Could you be breathing deeper presently? Could you be breathing smoother presently? Could you be breathing faster presently? Could you be improving the breath and maintain conscious awareness of it more presently?

(Going to read this whole thread and apply my experiences and understanding to it this week. Limited on time, for no other reason than I did not create it well enough for what I wanted to use it for.  Hope I helped if minorly without adding information that was not of help)

Sorry for the late reply, the last weeks were quite busy.

@RussellHart Thanks for your reply!
Hm, I heard about several of the things you mention before, and also about contradicting opinions in some cases. But well, better more experience reports than less!

In the fetal position? I often heard that keeping the spine quite a bit more straight than that would be more beneficial.
About the Kundalini being actually a being I also heard that is similarly a part of oneself and independent of oneself as is one's higher self or ones shadow and things like that. Who knows.
Also, so pleasant as that feels like I certainly don't mind getting raped by Kundalini :D

Nope, don't know whether I would call the accumulation of energy a blockage, but if then I mainly feel that on the backside, never in the throat area.

In any case, I want to provide a short overview on the two sports courses I mentioned I'm taking this semester:

Kundalini Yoga: As announced, mostly focused on hatha yoga, but with some pranayama and much guided meditation in general. Also, the exercises are ordered by a system of 7 chakras, starting with the lowest. The teacher seems quite open-minded, e.g. she at the very beginning announced that if we disagree with anything, especially in esoteric matters (e.g. if we normally use a different chakra-system) she has no problem with that and we can always discuss things with her.
She normally explains the exercises in physical, psychological and sometimes also energetical/esoteric terms. In the guided meditations she often talks about introspection and self-acceptance, and I have often heard her say something along the lines of, whatever comes to your mind, whatever you feel, there is no right or wrong, everything has its right to exist. So, quite agreeable. I don't know whether it brings me anything in regards to actual kundalini, but it is certainly some good weekly routine. I am only worrying about my wrists, but well, if they hurt that probably means they need more exercise and not less? And she often also provides alternatives (e.g. dolphin pose instead of downward-dog) and encourages us to take breaks whenever something is getting too much.
She is a bit of a white-lighter, though, but well, what can I expect? Especially this week, we were focusing on the heart-chakra and were instructed to meditate on what characteristics are most central to our psyche. And then she said something like, if we respect our own limits/boundaries we will also respect those of others and never do anything that would infringe on someone else. Well, that was helpful to me in so far as I quite pronouncedly felt that disagreeing with that notion is central to me, but that was probably not her intention  (nor was it news to me). Didn't bother arguing with her about that, though.

Tai Chi: The course sessions are divided in 3 parts: Warm-up, including some qi gong; tai chi exercises (some taken from qi gong), often movements combined with visualization practices, sometimes also a short standing meditation; and learning/practicing some movement sequence.
First there were 3 teachers (2 of them official, the 3rd a friend of them), but seems like there was some argument and now there is only one left to lead the course. Which is a bit of a pity since the 3 had different approaches (one focusing more on the energetic/spiritual aspects, one more on the martial arts aspect, etc.) and therefore would provide a variety of explanations.
Well, it's a beginner's class, so the focus very much lies on getting a grip on the basics of the practice. I might ask for a bit more theoretical background, though (or find time to read a bit more about theoretical background myself). There may be an advanced course next semester, though, if enough people are interested (well, currently we are only about 7 participants left in the course, so that might be difficult).
