This looks beautiful.

I know I am just coming back after a long absence, I will be doing a re-intro. But where do we get these?

Oh :( this project. This is on hold, none of the makers have been able to make a high enough quality pendent. One pealed, one looked ghetto as hell, one was literally sideways, and one you couldn't see. Then I bought a house and furniture and an engagement ring and haven't had the money for the project. Started a new job today though so soon!

If you hate having free time but like getting funding for your project, there's always the option of running a Kickstarter. Money is no longer an excuse to put off projects like this, though time and energy always will be.

We've never asked for any money, and when it comes to finances I've footed the bill for this entire website myself.

Well, selling high quality (and stylish) pendants isn't that cheap.

Ah, perhaps I misread Xepera's implication, with "Then I bought a house and furniture and an engagement ring and haven't had the money for the project", that finances were the primary reason for the lack of progress on the particular project of producing and distributing pendants.

FWIW, if an appropriately anonymous means of contribution were set up, I would happily chip in for hosting costs.

On pendents yeah, @idgo . We take on different things. Onyx gets all final say on the forum for instance with, like, ONA stuff because he literally owns it. Pendents was something I took up but, to my disappointment, it's been far harder to get a good product then I thought. I was expecting to buy a couple but it ended up being many different versions with many makers. I'll try to post the ones I kept. I finally have a good job with decent pay though, we're getting settled, it'll happen eventually.

That said, the idea of willing contribution is certainly interesting. Still makes me feel a bit dirty but let's chat.

Thank you but there is no need for contributions toward the website at this time. I also recognize that participants in our project pay their own way in terms of data-plans, ISP's, computers/phones, and time.

@Xepera maSet , I was trained in artistic jewelry-making by one of the best, and given the detailed nature of the current insignia it turned out well, although I intend to re-paint my own with flat-black enamel.

A while back I had the idea of releasing high-resolution versions of some of the artwork we've made (for banners or whatever), and perhaps providing stereo-lithography files for 3D printing medallions, etc. Not yet sure about a proper license or if there is really even a need for one.

@idgo sorry I conflated things. I've never used the service but your idea of using Kickstarter seems like a good one when it comes to material symbols of the O.S., I'll look in to that and perhaps similar approaches.
