It occurred to me previously that if I am to implement journal entries effectively, it must be consistent and somehow coherent to me. Descartes did not arrive at the cogito without having a method down. Consider this the Setian method for me. Notwithstanding changes in grammar, I elected to lift some guidelines from Don Webb's Uncle Setnakt's Essential Guide to the Left Hand Path. Note that it also says in the book to guard diary entries as one would your ATM pin number. So far I have only disclosed whatever I feel not to be a detriment to me at my discretion. Far be it the case that I would share such ideas outside of O. S. Most people in the profane world are not receptive to it. This is also partly why I do not elaborate on rituals much - at least not while I'm undertaking it. At some point, it is my intention to add a medial layer which I will construe as my personal blog. Anyway, back to Uncle Setnakt: Quote The contents in this journal are meant to help me extract my development from the restless surge of life. Its contents are as follows: August 07, 2017, 12:27:36 am |

Re: Member pics
I shared these with @Xepera maSet in the past. I'll add them here too. Don't laugh! That's how I eat fries when the spotlight is on me. ![]() P.S. As well as your visage, the artistic touch of your friend impresses me. I've got an idea to commission your friend to work on an avatar pic that I'd like to publish on my upcoming personal website. Essentially, reproduce that artistic filter on one of my pics other than these ones. If he/she can do it, I'll PM you the details. April 17, 2018, 03:04:49 am |

Magic Magick Majiq
MAGIC Etymology From Middle English magyk, from Old French magique (noun and adjective), from Latin magicus (adjective), magica (noun use of feminine form of magicus), from Ancient Greek μαγικός (magikós, “magical”), from μάγος (mágos, “magus”). Ultimately from Old Iranian, probably derived from Proto-Indo-European *meh₂gh- (“to be able to, to help; power, sorcerer”). Displaced native Middle English dweomercraft (“magic, magic arts”) (from Old English dwimor (“phantom, illusion”) + cræft (“art”)), Old English galdorcræft (“magic, enchantment”), Old English drȳcræft (“magic, sorcery”). Merriam-Webster 1 a : the use of means (such as charms or spells) believed to have supernatural power over natural forces b : magic rites or incantations 2 a : an extraordinary power or influence seemingly from a supernatural source b : something that seems to cast a spell : enchantment 3 : the art of producing illusions by sleight of hand Oxford 1The power of apparently influencing events by using mysterious or supernatural forces. 1.1 Mysterious tricks, such as making things disappear and reappear, performed as entertainment. 1.2 A quality of being beautiful and delightful in a way that seems remote from daily life. 1.3 Exceptional skill or talent. MAGICK Merriam-Webster "magick" The word you've entered isn't in the dictionary. Oxford magick noun archaic spelling of magic Aleister Crowley "Magick is the Science and Art of causing Change to occur in conformity with Will." Frater U.:. D.:. “Magic is the Science and Art of causing Change, on a material as well as a spiritual level, to occur in conformity with Will by altered states of consciousness." Robert Anton Wilson "Magick is just the art of changing the focus of consciousness at will." Michelle Belanger "Magick is the practice of imposing one’s will upon reality in order to create change. The changes created by magick can take place in the outside world, but the most potent changes occur inside the self – changing attitudes, expanding abilities, pushing accepted limits – all through the exercise of willpower." Michael W. Ford "To ascend and Become. In a Luciferian sense, Magick is to strengthen, develop and initiate the self through balanced forms of Willed Change." Dr. Michael A. Aquino "Lesser Black Magic (LBM) is the influencing of beings, processes, or objects in the objective universe by the application of obscure physical or behavioral laws." "Greater Black Magic (GBM) is the causing of change to occur in the subjective universe in accordance with the will. This change in the subjective universe may cause a similar and proportionate change in the objective universe." Anton LaVey "the change in situations or events in accordance with one's will, which would, using normally accepted methods, be unchangeable." MAJIQ The word Majiq is used to encompass all theories and practices as they are applied to the attainment of Mercurius Consciousness. Here is presented the theory of Majiq as it is understood in the Herald of the Dawn. "The imagination is not a State: it is the Human existence itself. Everything that is possible to be believed is an image of the truth" - William Blake Affect means to influence something Effect means a change has occurred in something MAJIQ is Affect/Effect = Æ Majiq is the consciously directed alteration of one's environment through obscure means, or the apprehension of the Forms/Principles of the universe in order to experience Mercurius Consciousness. Magickal Thought Delusional magical thinking bears a strong resemblance to neuroses Associative A magician is an early form of a scientist who merely lacks adequate data the magician’s folly is in mistaking an ideal connection for a real one; the magician believes that thematically-linked items can influence one another by virtue of their similarity Placebo Effect Magic as a course of action taken when there exists an emotional (psychological) need for action, but no practical option exists if the emotional situation proves common enough, the response becomes a socially-codified norm which outsiders understand as magic and which Marett labels “developed magic” - Voodoo - mental functions exert power over our bodies Interconnectivity Other theories propose that magic is effective because symbols are able to change internal psycho-physical states. They claim that the act of expressing a certain anxiety or desire is reparative in itself. magical consciousness" or the "magical experience." He explains that it is based upon "the awareness of the interrelatedness of all things in the world by means of simple but refined sense perception Child's Mind Magical thinking is most dominantly present in children between age 2 to 7 years old. During this age, children strongly believe that their personal thought has a direct effect on the rest of the world. Schizotypy In psychology, schizotypy is a theory stating that there is a continuum of personality characteristics and experiences ranging from normal dissociative, imaginative states to more extreme states related to psychosis and in particular, schizophrenia The word 'abracadabra' is a mystery, some scholars have placed its meaning from the Aramaic 'avra kedabra' translating to "I Create as I Speak". The idea is that something is created from nothing when uttered and this is the basis for Majiq and particularly high vibrational magick known as Heka. The uttered word can be a barrier preventing us from the mysteries of Leviathan, and it also can be the gateway to Ir Shti Shta-tu (seek the mysteries). We assign meaning to the objective universe through each of our subjective universes, which are a collection of experiences from which we distribute labels to things. We experience everything in the foundation as a symbol/code. September 01, 2018, 04:32:41 pm |

Re: Dr. Aquinos thoughts of WM Puzzles me a bit.
I'll give a hint here for now. The Dreaming in my land runs deep. The mythology of the Austral (Southern) places the Dreamtime higher in importance than "Northern" mythos. The "Rainbow Serpent" is our blood, symbolic of the land itself and all the "colours" within it. Indigenous mythology doesn't separate the people from the land (they are the one and the same) thus various Gnostic groups here understand the imported dualism of other cultures and religions and their false dichotomy (good and bad/white and black). Appropriately, we say the blood of all people runs red. I'm sure you will find a reference point in the GS subsection already. While we're talking about colour, "yellow magic" here is an ancient descriptor of nuclear power (radioactive rocks). Something that was known about a few thousand years before the Manhattan Project.
