Figured since this is the casual part of the forum we could post some music with LHP themes.

Greetings all!  Music is a vital aspect of my life as both a musician and composer.  I am classically trained on the piano/keyboard and am self-taught on the guitar.  I spent about 7 years at Brook Fine Arts Academy studying music/melodic theory and piano technique under the tutelage of Dr. Alice Brook.  Some of my favorite composers are Franz Liszt, Beethoven, J.S. Bach, Chopin, many others.  However, I am also a huge fan of black metal bands such as Dark Funeral, Naglfar, Emperor, King Diamond, Mercyful Fate, Slayer, Ghost, etc.

I am also in the process of developing my own black metal project called "Archon - Covenant of the Black Flame".

The keyboard intro to "Mr. Crowley" is no cliché.  I was about 13 years old when I first heard it when my brother and his friend played it full blast on my brothers stereo system.  I was blown away by it.  The song itself as with many other songs later on from many other bands called out to me into the realms of Satanism.

The Cryo Chamber label produces fantastic dark ambient music. Especially great for meditation, ritual, or background music.

I was 13 when I first listened to Blizzard of Ozz. That was an huge experience to me, I had been wanting to hear "Crazy Train" againfor a long time, and I tried the radio with no avail, but when I first listened to Ozzy's debut, I was blown away by Mr. Crowley. My dad actually looked him up for me and told me to read an article about him. Ozzy reminds me of when I was innocent and naive.

Black Sabbath, however, was the band that familiarized me with the Occult.

My favorite songs that does perhaps pertain similarly to the LHP is by the band the Acacia Strain, the band is one of the most blasphemous and sacrilegious bands you can ever find. They're not Black Metal but Deathcore.

The song itself as with many other songs later on from many other bands called out to me into the realms of Satanism.

The most influential bands that called me within Satanism and the Occult was Dimmu Borgir, they were the only Black Metal band I truly listened to at the time I was 11. During that time I started to discover the existence of Satanism and organizations such as the Church Of Satan and the Temple of Set which have both mentored and brought me to my path in which I currently lay and stand.

Some of the songs from Dimmu Borgir is what also brought me to more or less Come into Being as a Satanist alone, this was before I stumbled upon the philosophical ideological influence and teachings of the Church of Satan.

Fair enough and yeah, the keyboard is amazing. I just meant "cliche" in the sense that practically everyone has heard it.

Thanks. I wish I played drums, I feel that it would solidify the recording and make it seem like less of a dilettante affair.

I'm not going to post any links for NSFW reasons, but GG Allin, a punk musician known for his sexual, transgressive, self-adulating, antisocial lyrics, sadomasochistic behavior, onstage nudity and coprophagia, as well as 52 arrests throughout his 36 year life really epitomizes one side of the Left Hand Path in a very extreme sense. (That was a long sentence...)

I'm not saying that the ideal Diabolator wastes his time self-flagellating and doing drugs, that is complete nonsense, but that creates an archetype of the extreme transgressive end of the path. One should, however, devote more focus to wisdom.

Its been a while since I've posted non-black metal music here.  Most of you know I also love classical music especially for piano as I am a classically trained pianist.  This piece by Franz Liszt "Piano Sonata in b minor", or as I like to call it "The Devil's Sonata", is one of my favorites from the romantic generation of classical music.  Here performed brilliantly by my favorite contemporary virtuoso pianist Valentina Lisitsa.  Warning: this piece is 30 minutes long... haha, it is a masterpiece and I love it!

 Unchain My Soul
 by Dark Funeral

 From tombs of forgotten times,
I summon thee from thy sleep
Across the river, ferocious and wild,
from the graves and vaults of my thoughts

I call for you my brother let me leave this awful life
and drift away beyond the borders of this realm
You wandered off before me, now come back and pick me up
Unchain my soul and bring me where all light will fade
I cannot stay, I will not wait, I have to leave
this world forever, I swear not to return
Behind their masks there stand but slaves and servitude
was not our trade so rise and set me free and bring me home

 So rise from the dead
 Release me from this pain
 I raise the dead
To unfold the gates to Hell

I summon all the forces from the darkness that gave birth
to our exsistence and lit the hellish flames
We shall stand tall and wander
Where the heavens can not reach
us as the path will lead into the dark and cold
We can not stay and wait, the passage has been cleared
The gates are open, there is no turning back
Those left behind, shall die as slaves, as servants of
their humble ways and Satan will be laughing from his throne

 So rise from the dead
 Release me from these chains
 I raise the dead
To reclaim my throne in Hell

And before the rise of dawn, my soul will be free

I call for you my brother let me leave this awful life
and drift away beyond the borders of this realm
You wandered off before me, now come back and pick me up
Unchain my soul and bring me where all light will fade
I cannot stay, I will not wait, I have to leave
this world forever, I swear not to return
Behind their masks there stand but slaves and servitude
was not our trade so rise and set me free and bring me home

 So rise from the dead
 Release me from this pain
 I raise the dead
To unfold the gates to Hell
 So rise from the dead
 Release me from these chains
 I raise the dead
To reclaim my throne in Hell

Ghost - "He Is", progressive black metal;

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7hMaHDTw-pI

He Is

We're standing here by the abyss
And the world
Is in flames
Two star-crossed lovers reaching out
To the beast
With many names

He is
He’s the shining in the light
Without whom I cannot see
And he is
Insurrection, he is spite
He’s the force that made me be
He is
Nostro Dispater
Nostr'Alma Mater
He is

We’re hiding here inside a dream
And all our doubts
Are now destroyed
The guidance of the morning star
Will lead the way
Into the void

He is
He’s the shining in the light
Without whom I cannot see
And he is
Insurrection, he is spite
He’s the force that made me be
He is
Nostro Dispater
Nostr'Alma Mater
He is

He is
He’s the shining in the light
Without whom I cannot see
And he is
Insurrection, he is spite
He’s the force that made me be
He is
He’s the shining in the light
Without whom I cannot see
And he is
The disobedience that holds us together
He is
Nostro Dispater
Nostr'Alma Mater
And we are falling
Over the precipice.

The new Marilyn Manson album came out today. I personally love it, it's the blues-rock sound of his last album with a return to his older influences some fresh influence from new genres such as trap. From his interviews and symbolism from this album and other earlier albums, he sees like a bit of an actual occultist. The only direct reference I could gather in this one is Saturnalia and Revalations 12. I'll post my 4 favorite songs.

And here's the interview that hints at his occultism on this album. It seems to hearken back to things that happened around the Antichrist Superstar perioid(which ACSS even has Enochian in the CD booklet.)

What did I ever do to you
That you should treat me this way?
Is it really such a crime
For an angel to speak his mind?
Anytime I'll try to shed some light
If I were a big boy
I wouldn't cry
But since I'm not a big boy
I'll have to cry

What did I ever do so wrong
That you should cast me from grace
Though I love to rule in Hell here
How I miss the taste of Heaven
Its soft and cool embrace
If I were a big boy
I wouldn't cry
But since I'm not a big boy
I'll have to close my eyes
And picture what it's like

I'm just like you
I'm made by He
Despised by they
I'm almost me
I'm nearly human
Look at me
I'm almost a human being

I'm just like you
I'm made by He
Despised by they
I'm almost me
I'm nearly human
Pity me
I'm almost a human being

I still remember your light
And it was streaming down
And burning out my eyes
If I were a big boy
I wouldn't cry
But since I'm not a big boy
I'll have to close my eyes
And picture what it's like

I'm just like you
I'm made by He
Despised by they
I'm almost me
I'm nearly human
Look at me
I'm almost a human being

These tears are real
I'm jealousy
I'm spite and hate
To the core I'm mean
I'm nearly human
Look at me
I'm almost a human being

I'm just like you
Better than He
To Hell with they
I'm almost me
I'm nearly human
Pity me
I'm almost a human being

Don't touch me, oh
I couldn't bear the thought of it, now
Don't touch me, oh
I couldn't bear the strain
Don't touch me, oh
I couldn't bear the thought of it, now
Touch me
Touch me
Touch me
Don't touch me
Touch me
Touch me

With the strength of the mountains,
Come forth from the North; Agios Daimon!
With the hunger of oceans,
Come forth from the West; Agios Daimon!
As fire and flame,
Come forth from the South; Agios Daimon!
As thunder and storm,
Come forth from the East; Agios Daimon!

In the darkness,
In the nothingness of absent light,
Where no life force is permitted to exist.
From far beyond the borders,
Where god not dares,
The Serpent gloats in hunger.

No star will shine tonight.
No star, no matter how bright.
Across the firmament goes its flight.
A great darkness devouring the light.

God of Death. Manifest.
God of Doom. Move and appear!

Spread thine countless tentacles
Across the universe.
Let them spasm throughout
The labyrinth of trembling stars.
Strangle their flickering flames,
Eat them whole.
Wander ancient Dragon,
Across the cursed heavens.

Yes, behold now as it opens
To swallow the world
And to melt the very essence of creation.
The burning mouth of Samaël,
Through which all shall be reborn.
Wide agape now in this final hour.

And from its reeking darkness
A new kingdom shall ascend,
Erected on the pillars
Of the ever-burning underworld.
Can't you see the twisted branches
Of the tree of Death?
Rising now in putrid doom
At the center of the world!

Let us welcome the Bringer of the End
With open arms.
Let us adorn the gates to nothingness
With blood.
Let us lay its enemies
Like palm leaves upon the path
On which the Lord is coming in glory.

The upheaval of the ages,
That naught shall shun.
Time and space devoured as one.
From your abode in the dark,
Come forth; Thou who eats the stars!

God of Death. Manifest.
God of Doom. Move and appear!
God of Death. Manifest.
Strike once more.
Stellarvore.

Akephalos
Shine through me
Come forth in war
Come forth in peace
Bring down the sun
Extinguish all the stars
Let me remain in splendor of thy light
Bornless one
As darkness bright
Found not in tongues
Found not in light
Bring down the rain
Drain waters of Styx
Faustian luminary
Redeem blaspheme
Like a day without the dawn
Like a ray void of the sun
Like a storm that brings no calm
I'm most complete yet so undone
Agathos Daimon of plague and fever
Thy name is nowhere, thy name is never
Liberate me
Ignite the seeds
Bind not to guilt
Ignis Gehennalis
Oh father, oh satan, oh sun
Let the children come to thee
Behold the morning star
Akephalos
Shine through me
Come forth in war
Come forth in peace
Like a day without the dawn
Like a ray void of the sun
Like a storm that brings no calm
I'm most complete yet so undone
O Lion-Serpent Sun, the beast that whirlest forth
A thunder-bolt, begetter of life
Thou that flowest, thou that goest
Thou Satan-Sun, Hadith, that goest without will
Thou air, breath, spirit, thou without bound or bond
Thou essence, air swift-streaming, elasticity
Thou wanderer, father of all
Thou wanderer, spirit of all
Hear me, and make all spirits subjects unto me
So that every spirit of the firmament and of the ether
Upon the earth and under the earth
On dry land and in the water of whirling air, and of rushing fire
And every spell and scourge of God
May be obedient unto me
Thou spiritual sun, satan, thou eye, thou lust
Cry aloud, cry aloud
Whirl the wheel, oh my father, oh satan, oh sun

Father ov Terror!
Aba ol-Hol
Enter the pylon
Through' the galleys ov past
Catacombs ov night
Into the starry womb
Slay, slay!
Asar un-Nefer
We have no fear
Our time had come
Our will is done
Dance, dance!
O Mighty One
In the fields ov Aqert
And spit
Upon slaves ov death
War God!
Trample all weakness
This is your day ov pride
Draw Thy flaming sword
Cut the umbilical cord
To set me free from eternal sleep
...step by step
Khem: evolution: spiral vibration
Can you hear?
Can you touch?
Can you see?
Can you really see?
We charm all jins -
Automata, inprinted realities
They creep like snakes
And all we feel
Is painful bliss
As we burn forth
Like winged globe
Like solar disk...
...and penetrate eternity
Slaves shall serve!

I saw Mayhem live the other night! They played De Mysteriis Dom Sathanas in full and it was so amazing to see such a wonderful album live. It really was a special show. I'm pretty sure Atilla, the vocalist, did a real ritual on stage and invoked something into him to get the truly inhuman sounds throughout and especially at the climax of the show. It really was indescribable.

I got front row too so I was like 4 feet away from Atilla and Necrobuther, living legends that are integral to black metal history.

Not so much an LHP theme but it is an atheistic ant-christian view on Christmas so it fits. I always loved the song but it hit hards me hard this year as we recently lost my grandmom.

It really is a beautiful song, it expresses all the criticisms people like us have of Christianity but still addresses the beautiful aspect of the holiday. Celebrating family and friends who are with us and making time to to appreciate and bond with them.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fCNvZqpa-7Q

I really like Christmas
It's sentimental, I know, but I just really like it
I am hardly religious
I'd rather break bread with Dawkins than Desmond Tutu
To be honest

And yes, I have all of the usual objections
To consumerism, the commercialisation of an ancient religion
To the westernisation of a dead Palestinian
Press-ganged into selling Playstations and beer
But I still really like it

I'm looking forward to Christmas
Though I'm not expecting a visit from Jesus
I'll be seeing my dad
My brother and sisters, my gran and my mum
They'll be drinking white wine in the sun

I don't go in for ancient wisdom
I don't believe just 'cause ideas are tenacious it means they're worthy
I get freaked out by churches
Some of the hymns that they sing have nice chords
But the lyrics are dodgy
And yes, I have all of the usual objections
To the mis-education of children who, in tax-exempt institutions
Are taught to externalise blame
And to feel ashamed and to judge things as plain right or wrong
But I quite like the songs

I'm not expecting big presents
The old combination of socks, jocks and chocolate's is just fine by me
'Cause I'll be seeing my dad
My brother and sisters, my gran and my mum
They'll be drinking white wine in the sun
I'll be seeing my dad
My brother and sisters, my gran and my mum
They'll be drinking white wine in the sun

And you, my baby girl
My jetlagged infant daughter
You'll be handed round the room
Like a puppy at a primary school
And you won't understand
But you will learn someday
That wherever you are and whatever you face
These are the people who'll make you feel safe in this world

My sweet blue-eyed girl
And if my baby girl
When you're twenty-one or thirty-one
And Christmas comes around
And you find yourself nine thousand miles from home
You'll know what ever comes
Your brothers and sisters and me and your mum
Will be waiting for you in the sun

When Christmas comes
Your brothers and sisters, your aunts and your uncles
Your grandparents, cousins and me and your mum
We'll be waiting for you in the sun
Drinking white wine in the sun
Darling, whenever you come
We'll be waiting for you in the sun
Drinking white wine in the sun
Waiting for you in the sun
Darling, when Christmas comes
We'll be waiting for you in the sun
Waiting
I really like Christmas
It's sentimental, I know

"My Eternal Dream"

I still remember when I was a child
So curious, adventurous and wild
Looked at the world with open eyes
I couldn't tell the truth from all the lies

I was taught how to live, how to behave
I was told, how to walk, to talk, to know my place
All those years I was searching for my way
All the world was my stage

So I will turn every dream
Into reality
And through the dark they will be
The light to guide me

I'm on my own, walking down this road alone
I'll go on, I'll be strong, all I need is my eternal dream

Now I can see it all so clear
There are no boundaries and no frontiers

I wouldn't change the road I'm on
My dream lives on long after I am gone

I have learned I must do whatever it takes
I make mistakes, I must fall to rise again
Break the rules, all the chains that hold me down
I may sink but I won't drown

So I will turn every dream
Into reality
And through the dark they will be
The light to guide me

I'll show that I can't be tamed
When I'm gone remember my name
And I won't give up the fight
Go gently into the night

I'm on my own, walking down this road alone
I'll go on, I'll be strong, all I need is my eternal dream

Turn every dream
Into reality
And through the dark they will be
The light to guide me

I'll show that I can't be tamed
When I'm gone remember my name
And I won't give up the fight
Go gently into the night

I'm on my own, walking down this road alone
I'll go on, I'll be strong, all I need is my eternal dream

I'll go on, I'll be strong alone
All I need is my eternal dream

This is a Satanic black metal project I'm in. I do the vocals and guitar. The other two members of this band are also in a monumental black metal project from Ohio called MANTICORE. If you have not heard them I highly urge you to give them a listen. Our band is called SOLITARY EVIL. Lyrical themes consist of: Diabolism, Occultism, Blasphemy. This is the only song we have available to the public so far. We are currently working on a demo. Hail Demonic Supremacy

Lyrics:
Chthonic Revelations

The bell of Ritual is sound.
Witches fervidly approach
 the Altar of Sin.Sacred words,
are spoken by insidious tongues.

Profane Incantation is received...
Diabolic shadows arise
in masses of smoke. Mystic voices,
weaving in throughout the mind.

Chthonic revelations are revealed,
Witches eyes altered like a dialated void.
Dark energies align within.
Embraced by the core of Malignant powers.

Upon their wrists, surface incisions,
 of unknown sigils. Blood flows,
 from these Infernal sigils,
into the Devil's chalice.

Disciples anoint their foreheads with the inverted cross.
Flashes of blazing light strobe the chamber.
By divine eminence the Master appears.
In His blood they rejoice, as they praise His name.
Encircled by the festering Demons,
the Witches chant: UNHOLY IS OUR LORD SATAN
KING OF ALL KINGS
 GOD OF ALL GODS
OH, MIGHTY SATANAS,
WE ARE YOURS

As Blasphemous as it sounds, I'm going to have to recommend Sunshower by Taeko Ohnuki.

This might be a little different for some of you guys, but this album is just good for your soul.

I would recommend

3.何もいらない     8:39
8.Silent Screamer    32:47
10.振子の山羊     39:12 (give it a second) and
12.部屋     49:10

Stone the true believers
Belief just leads to violence
And I condemn this shear brutality
And they’ll take what they’re given
And swallow it like poison
Surrender to this new normality
You’ll never be free
Why are you all so cold?
And why are all your eyes closed?
‘Cause I can’t fight this battle on my own
We steal the sun
We worship the undone
The world is in my arms
Fall asleep and taste the endless freedom
While I weep for better days
All the sheep have fallen to the wolves
But the shepherd will never yield
Angels, without wings will fall
With starlight we must find our own direction
My halo, with its pure white glow
This burden may soon choose to defeat me
It’ll beat me
My hatred, of this show
Is growing as the curtain disappears, it disappears
We steal the sun
We worship the undone
The world is in my arms
Fall asleep and taste the endless freedom
While I weep for better days
All the sheep have fallen to the wolves
But the shepherd will never yield
I can see no tomorrow
I can feel no rebirth
Though we’re drowning in sorrow
We believe the air is worse
Fall asleep and taste the endless freedom
While I weep for better days
All the sheep have fallen to the wolves
But the shepherd will never yield

Therion - the solid black beyond
https://www.bitchute.com/video/ioUC9W6dBa5h/

[SETH]
I am climbing and searching for the words of truth
'Cause I don't know what to say
Where are you - the new tomorrow
Deep in the maze of yesterday?

My starless night may never come to fruit
I will not kneel or plead forgiveness
You turn away, gone from my heart
So - why God, should you pity me my lord
As I'm bound for darkness
You're not risen from your grave
The solid black beyond
To go where light cannot
Nazarene, that shall be my fate

[SATAN]
I am your father and you are my beloved son
Why do you seek the other one?
The crucified one?
He's not you
Receive my power; I ask nothing in return

[SETH]
My lord - I will open up the gate
I'm the one and only now who can save us
I come in my father's name for peace

Slayer is retiring, an end to two generations of extreme heavy metal.  I was a young teenager when they first came along in the early 1980's.  Here are some of their early works that inspired me as a fledgling guitarist at age 15;

We hear the same frequency
But what are you trying to say
'Cause we feel the same energy
But what are you dying to be
We're lost in the space
Between who we are
And all that we're trying to be
Nothing's forever
Nothing is ever what it seems
